DRV8711不知什么原因触发了nFault错误,几分钟内短时间内重新上电不能恢复,多次尝试也不能恢复.故障板拆下来再快递回公司，大约经历了2天左右时间断电后又能自行恢复正常。客户在现场使用的时候有时经过一晚上也能恢复正常。起初怀疑是芯片过温保护，但是故障发生在刚开始运行不久，芯片温度并不高，而且正常长时间运行使用红外热成像仪测得芯片表面温度最高90℃，且芯片散热背板焊盘焊接可靠。驱动MOS管的温度最高80℃，型号为英飞凌的IPD068N10N3G，环境温度25℃。软件故障日志并未记录nFault错误的各寄存器标志位，所以也无法第一时间分辨具体是什么错误类型。请问可能的原因是什么呢？局部原理图如附件。TDRIVEN、TDRIVEP、IDRIVEN均为01，IDRIVEP为00，DTIME为11</description><category
