这个是实现通过次级电路来检测输入电压，该电路通过D6和C12来检测变压器T1的负压,该负压与主边的直流高压成比例(与砸比成正比).U2的增益GAIN=R10/R11,所以TP3=VIN(RMS)/100,详细描述见下面的链接,PMP30026 测试报告第7页.
