TPS61240的powerpad需要接地吗？就是中间散热的一块焊盘
建议先测下芯片GND引脚与PowerPAD是否内部连在一起，一般都是连在一起，为了更好地导热、电磁屏蔽，PowerPAD 是要接地的。
