通电后3.3v mcu启动，通过mos断开4v的后级电路，然后将BQ24195配置为boost模式。

仅这三步操作，测得锂电池电流达到17mA，太可怕了。系统运行起来之后无论我再怎么做低功耗，这17mA也降不下去啊，况且4v后面的电路我都没启动。
