请教LM3478 BOOST电路的肖特基二极管发烫问题

请教： pcb完全按照附件电路设计，因为手上有CSD17556Q5B所以NMOS换成了这个，肖特基二极管换成了国产厂家的 MBR10200，我对比参数很接近。
我用4欧姆水泥电阻负载测试时，输出电压电流都正常，NMOS管发热也不大，但二极管发热很厉害，能看到有烟出现，但是多次测试好像元件并没有损坏，输出都正常。
请问下是我电路有问题，还是应该给二极管加散热片？
