我想寻一款类似于LM5176的BUCK-BOOST的电源芯片，功率大约100W以内。最好带有轻载或空载低功耗的功能。多几款选择。谢谢！
我的需求是8~36V输入，输出12V/3A。

直接选择buck-boost芯片来做，可以用LM25118, datasheet上案例就可以（或EVM板），但是空载轻载效率并不高。
或者用升压芯片来做，做成spice双电感的架构，可选择的芯片就比较多，例如刚出的M5156, 或者类似的升压芯片基本上都可以。
