你好，目前我正在使用贵司的LMG3410氮化镓功率器件，对系统原理框图的实现还有疑问，想请教下。

1.浅绿圈内的FET都是硅FET吗？1~5号FET哪个是N-MOS,哪个是P-MOS？

2.红色圈内驱动逻辑如何实现？门电路间加了电容是否供电电平有差异？
