BQ7695202 IC 充电和放电的驱动电压没有达到设置的电压 只有5V左右 ，设置的是11V模式，测量CP1对BAT脚的电压也只有5V左右，是电荷泵没有正常工作吗？另外02版本烧录之前转IIC取掉CRC烧录进程序，烧录完后如何转回CRC？
