LP87702-Q1: PG0 output wrong wave under 79C degree

Hi,

In the high temperature test, 79C degree,  LP87702K could not work well. 2sets protypes(total 50sets) will restart. Checked the PMIC, the PG0 will be pulled down from 3.3V to 0V, and keep a short time. this will cause the protypes reset. Please help analyze what's wrong with LP87702K.
