您好，The EV2300 may not work on 64 bit Windows. This is a known issue. The EV2300 design would need to be changed to fix this issue. The components to build the EV2300 are obsolete, therefore TI is unable to make the necessary changes and instead replaced it with EV2400. Check the following threads for suggestions. Hopefully one of the suggestions work.
