目前TPS63000DRC价格飞涨，目前也没货了，有pin to pin兼容的产品吗？有的话推荐给我吧。没有的话能推荐一个替代芯片吧。主要要求是：输入3.5V-4.2V，输出3.3V，输出电流大于500mA.

可以看看TPS63001,
Pin脚兼容太难找了， 功能一样，pin脚一样 不需要分两个芯片，除非电压范围上的差异。
不兼容pin脚，可以选择TPS631000, TPS63050/1, TPS63036等等都是可以的。
