关于BQ27Z746硬件保护动作的问题，还有两个方面的疑惑，还望解答，谢谢！
1、HSCD的动作延时是在哪里进行配置的；
2、如果HSCD的动作时间可以配置，延时是多少？看到bqstudio里面对于延时的配置都是S级的，对于HSCD保护这个时间是否过长？
