UCC21530-Q1: output stage design program

When I read and refer to the design of UCC21530, I encountered some problems:
Regarding the output stage in Section 8.3.4 of the data sheet, in the design of the inverter, when the circuit is designed according to the connection shown in its schematic diagram, the signal passing through the inverter will cause the switch to be unable to close when outputting later. I would like to ask if there is any suggestion on the circuit design of the inverter or can you give more detailed information on the circuit structure of the output stage?
