It's probably going to be impossible to make this work well at -36deg.C (like in your log file). The gauge uses a model of both OCV and cell resistance and this model isn't covering extreme temperatures as accurately as necessary.
At -36deg.C, voltage actually increases while the cell is discharged with a high rate (1C), even though temperature measurement isn't increasing significantly. The gauge model won't cover this behavior well.
At the very least, the GPCRb input data must be created carefully, showing cell behavior at -36deg.C, which must include self heating while soaked (but not forced) in constant ambient temperature. It's critical that the thermal behavior from the gg_out.csv file is imported (together with the chemdat file).
But even then, it's likely not going to work well at -36deg.C.
