是当电池包过流保护后，OCD置一后，如果外接负载仍存在，LOAD_PRESENT就显示为一吗？
实际测试中，LOAD_PRESENT始终为0.

一般低侧的保护是通过检测PACK-的电压来实现的，当PACK-的电压足够低的时候认为负载移除，请检查一下CHG管脚的外围电路连接是否和规格书参数电路有差异。谢谢！
要看到LOAD_PRESENT 置1 ，需要将CHG 和DSG 关闭，外接负载。
