如附件中的波形，要怎么样处理才会使尖峰变的最好呢？现在使用的是超结MOS。
你好，是什么电路拓扑，其次拍波形时，可以stop后，用horizontal position动一下，不然看不清实际波形，谢谢。
亲；尖峰与PCB Layout及栅电阻大小有关。需要你传相关PCB图和原理图才可以解决。
有些尖峰对EMI和电压应力不造成风险的话倒也可以忽略
