采用BQ40z50-R1做3S1P项目,目前采用0.2c做golden更新成功,RSOC没有跳变,只是更新出来的FCC比实际放出的实际容量小些,一般更新出来会比实际大些,目前在刚开始充电的时候RSOC会从0%跳2,之后充电过程无跳变,放电过程也正常,无跳变,就是刚开始充电的时候RSOC会从0%跳2,不知道什么原因?以下为数据截图,和设置参数,麻烦大神帮忙看下,如何解决?谢谢!3S.gg.csv7652.验证数据.xls

[SMOOTH]: A change in temperature or current rate can cause a significant change in Remaining Capacity (RemCap) and Full Charge Capacity (FCC), resulting in a jump or drop in the Relative State-ofCharge (RSOC). This function provides an option to prevent an RSOC jump or drop during charge and discharge.
您好,I jump of 2% during start of charge seems like a minor issue, I suspect this may be related to gauge re-running a capacity calculation at the start of charge which can cause a small jump in FCC/RemCap, or depending on the setting of relax_smooth_OK and relax_jump_OK could be part of their expected behavior.

您好,One of the only other bits I could see having an impact on this behavior is the LOCK0 bit which they have set. At the start of charge the LOCK0 is cleared and may be causing the small jump. Please disable this bit.

您好,I was looking through the data shared, I'm not sure what has happened from the previous discharges, but it looks like you may be able to reduce the jump by using a different load select setting. Also, do not test a constant current discharge with load mode = 1, this causes the gauge to think more current will be applied later in the discharge since it is simulating with constant power and will cause miscalculation in capacity which will lead to RemCap/FCC jumps
我目前设置Load Select为3,Load Mode为1,对于负载模式我试过Load Select为7,Load Mode为1,没有改善效果,根据我这项目实际的情况能推荐合适的Load Select和Load Mode值吗?我这边可以验证,谢谢!
您好,It will not matter which load select you set if the load mode = 1, the simulation expectations do not match the actual load so accuracy will be impacted.
