BQ76952: BQ76952 Shutdown模式充电唤醒问题

如图所示,这个唤醒电压是在0.8到2.26之间,目前我这边遇到的情况是,pack端电压降到2.3V时将BQ76952关机,但当pack端电压降到1.4V时BQ76952又被唤醒了,后面将这个关机电压改到1.4V就可以正常关机。可是有的机器PACK端降到1.6V的时候就降不下来了需要在PACK+和PACK-之间加个电阻放电才能将PACK电压降下来,(电压降下来之后电阻去掉这个电压不会回弹),所以机器就很难进入关机状态。

BQ76952的LD和PACK引脚电路如上图所示。

想咨询一下,这个唤醒电压能否通过软件或者外部电路将其调搞一点,避免存在关不了机或误唤醒的情况存在。

    The wake voltage on LD pin can be any voltage from 0.8V to 2.25V. There's no way to control the wake-up voltage on LD pin. This is internal... unless an external circuitry is controlling this pin which is what your customer seems to be doing.

    The LD pin voltage in normal mode can have a range in voltage from 0V to 85V depending on how the LD pin is connected. We recommend to connect LD pin to PACK+ to protect the DSG FET. This is how we have it connected in our EVM. So, in normal mode the LD pin in our EVM will follow the PACK+ voltage.
