求指导TPS40140不能加负载的

你好，最近焊了一块开关电源。。。终于把5V和0.9V都出来了。5v接上负载没问题，当0.9v接上负载后，0.9v和5v都不能正常工作，0.9v直接变成了0v，5v则由5v指数下降到0v，然后又从5v下降到0v。。。不知道怎么入手了，求指导。。。。感激不尽
