LM5030: 推挽实现±15V输出，CS通过MOS到地的检流电阻进行电流限制，却无法过流保护的问题。

实际原理图如下，限流电阻取值修改为100mΩ。CS的RC取值750Ω和1nF。+15V输出短路，只达到0.5V的限流，输出保持了3A多的电流，并没有进入0.625V的重启式限流。请问这是什么原因？
