利用bq3060做的智能锂电池，主板采用LTC4100进行充放电管理，出现下面问题，当电池充满之后，通过电脑的控制面板无法发现电池，用示波器测了一下发现sda被拉低了，用万用表测量了一下，电压大概为0.15V左右，之前利用bq2060做的智能锂电池没有出现过类似的状态，谢谢。
bq3060 用EV2300可以通讯么？
