5.3 I2C Command Waiting Time
For read-write standard command, a minimum of 2 s is required to get the result updated.
For read-only standard commands, there is no waiting time required, but the host should not issue all standard commands more than two times per second.
Otherwise, the fuel gauge could result in a reset issue due to the expiration of the watchdog timer.

舉例：現在解鎖狀態，如果我執行以下動作
1.寫入"SEALED" 指令，等待100ms；上鎖 0x0030
2.寫入"SEALED" 指令，等待100ms；上鎖 0x0030
3.寫入" OperationStatus()" 指令 ，等待100ms；=> 0x3A and 0x3B
4.讀取" OperationStatus()" 的狀態
會發生reset issue嗎? 假如發生了reset issue時OperationStatus會變成未上鎖?? 還是整個電池的設定都重置了?
