求助，C6670 UCD9222 上电问题

目前设计的一块6670板子，照搬6670开发板用UCD9222+UCD74110+UCD74106 输出cvdd和vcc1v0。

rail1      74110输出cvdd的1.1v工作正常

rail2      74106始终无输出，示波器检测第二路PWM信号为稳定的一点几伏，monitor显示内的占空比显示为零。

原理图完全照搬6670开发板，请专家指点一下问题出在哪了呢？？
