omap-138+dp83620 wince系统网口驱动问题

大家好，现在想用omapl138+dp83620来做一个基于wince系统的网口通信方案，但是开发板上的PHY芯片都是LAN8710，我想问一下，如果把LAN8710替换成dp83620，驱动部分可以直接用吗？要改动的话有没有参考例程什么的？小弟初次接触这个，多有不懂，请多指教！
