购置了三方的一款核心板,用3.3V供电,发现一个现象,有时上电电流特别大,达到1A以上,用热像仪观察处理器达到100°C, 而正常时一般就50°C左右. 经源表供斜坡上电测试发现,当上电时间超过20ms, 就会出现这种现象,请问这是什么原因, 哪个手册里有讲吗.
没有看到有文档描述上电速度对功耗的影响。
