1，问一下有没有bootloader 搬移程序。也就是烧写到0x70000000的 boot代码。有没有示例程序。
2，bootloader程序搬移后，指针不跳转弹到cint00执行，这是为什么。还有就是跳转到cint00地址却不往下执行。

问题解决了，关键在于
1，引导程序的cint00地址要设置到0x70000000起始地址
2，引导程序的.out编译要直接编译成可运行的代码，而不是可下载代码
