currently, this issue is resovled via replacing the algorithm link, but the root cause which make the video flashes hasn't been found. could you kindly give some advices on possible reasons for this phenomenon, thanks in advance.

after reviewing this question, I think that other possible reason to this question maybe this:
algorithm link makes the frame rate on this link decreases since it spends a lot of time to process frames, when frame rate decrease, encoder keep the constant output fps, so it had to insert some blank frame or green frame into video, when user play the video, the flicker happens.
