有个问题咨询,关于DM3730CBPA，使用PoP封装 LPDDR+NAND flash ，使用GPMC外挂 32MB的 parallel Nor flash
在做40度高温老化测试发现部分机器无法启动 ，外观看PCB ，器件，均无短路掉件等异常，测试26Mhz ，32.768Khz 晶振，TPS65950的各路电压，电流均无异常，
能否从Log信息判断有哪里存在异常，谢谢。操作系统 RTOS， 启动Log如下：
