使用28335芯片做的模拟量采集板，使用外部参考电源芯片REF3020,测量出来的结果波动很大，后三位一直在波动，差的时候后四位都在波动，请问是硬件设计的原因还是软件设置方面有需要注意的地方呢？
测试的时候是测量REF3020的输出和GND,这两个地方的波动都是这么大
