运行例程mcu_plus_sdk_am64x_08_03_00_18\examples\industrial_comms\ethercat_slave_demo\simple\am64x-evm在ERROR: Board_flashOpen:198: FLASH open failed for instance 0 !!!报错，是不是我要运行这个例程还得自己装上FLASH，还是什么原因？
