sdk: PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-SK-TDA4VM, v09x 09.02.00.05 (08 Apr 2024)

I am testing v4l2h264enc with the pipeline below.

It shows the log like below, and it doesn't work.

When I set the videotestsrc caps height=1072(1073, ..., 1079), it doesn't report error and works fine.

Another question is when I set the propertites of v4l2h264enc: extra-controls = "s, video_bitrate=10000000", and link the appsink.  It shows the log like below, and it doesn't work.
