&lt;p&gt;情况1：设备开机时插上hdmi显示器，等到应用层起来以后，LVDS和hdmi显示器可以实现双屏同显的效果。查看Hdmi的状态cat /sys/class/drm/card0-HDMI-A-1/status 正常，cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/state查看hdmi绑定上对应的crtc,这种情况下，hdmi可以实现热插拔。&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;情况2：设备开机时不插hdmi显示器，等到应用层起来以后，再插上hdmi显示器，查看Hdmi的状态cat /sys/class/drm/card0-HDMI-A-1/status 正常，为connected，拔掉hdmi之后为disconnected,状态切换是正常的，但是插上hdmi显示器时cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/state&amp;nbsp; 来查看hdmi绑定的plane和crtc时,发现都没绑定上，这种情况下，hdmi不可以热插拔，插拔只有连接状态的切换而没有实际的画面输出。&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;现在没有从底层驱动将问题解决，只是有一个应用层的临时替代方案，是在开机不带hdmi启动不可以实现热插拔的情况下，在应用层运行一个Hdmi守护进程，每隔2秒检测hdmi状态，如何检测到连接，就调用libdrm接口绑定上crtc和plane，用绑定上的crtc扫描lvds屏幕显示的像素数据显示到hdmi上面。&lt;/p&gt;

An array &lt;code&gt;boot_code[2048]&lt;/code&gt; is placed here. This region must &lt;strong&gt;not be erased or overwritten&lt;/strong&gt; during every firmware download, and the stored bootloader data needs to be kept intact.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Adjusted the &lt;code&gt;CSTACK&lt;/code&gt; settings to fix the former linker Error[e18] caused by stack address &lt;code&gt;0x10000&lt;/code&gt; exceeding the 16-bit addressing limit. Now the project compiles and links successfully without any errors.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;div&gt;We are encountering a CMA memory leak issue when repeatedly creating/destroying GStreamer pipelines using v4l2h264enc/v4l2videoenc.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;After continuous encoding pipeline switching or repeated encoder usage, CMA memory is not fully released. Eventually the system reports errors such as:&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&amp;quot;Failed to process frame&amp;quot;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&amp;quot;not enough memory or failing driver&amp;quot;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;We investigated the issue and found a similar TI internal Jira issue:&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;From the Jira description, this issue appears very similar to the problem we are currently facing.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Our project is restricted to SDK 10.0 and unfortunately we cannot upgrade to SDK 11.x or 12.x.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Therefore, we would like to ask:&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;1. Could you share the related patch/code changes for LCPD-46301?&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;We checked the gstreamer git history and found several potentially related commits in v4l2videoenc, such as:&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;- Fix codec frame leak on error&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;- unref buffer pool after usage properly&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;- fix activation of internal pool&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;- always allocate CAPTURE buffer from our pool&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Could you help identify which changes are related to LCPD-46301 CMA leak fix?&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Our usage scenario:&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;- Multiple video streams&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;- Repeated encoder start/stop&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;- Frequent pipeline switching after EOS&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;- YUYV input -&amp;gt; NV12 conversion -&amp;gt; v4l2h264enc&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;The issue can be observed by monitoring:&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;cat /proc/meminfo | grep -i Cma&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;CMA free memory continuously decreases after each pipeline restart and does not fully recover.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Any guidance or patch information would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/div&gt;
