我现在使用 MMWCAS-DSP-EVM 和MMWCAS-RF-EVM，但是用网线与电脑连接时出现了问题。 接通电源后（12V3A，12V5A两种电源都试验过），板子无论是否连接网线连接，网口的两个指示灯都不亮，电脑端显示网络未连接

我又用另一块板子1843测试了一下网线和电脑是否有问题。 结果显示1843能正常工作，网络连接正常。

我想请问一下，我这是什么情况，应该怎么解决。
