MMWCAS-RF-EVM: PMIC_NRST引脚应该上拉还是下拉？

Part Number: MMWCAS-RF-EVM

PROC054E_AWR_1_AWR_4_LP87524P.SchDoc原理图中，PMIC_NRST同时接了上拉和下拉电阻，但是看对应的BOM，发现下拉电阻没有贴。因此实时上该引脚是上拉。那放置下拉电阻R58的意义是什么？是否可以省掉？

类似引脚还有PMIC_BUCK_EN引脚，也请帮忙解释一下
