DRV5032: DRV5032若VCC电源使用1uF的电容滤波可能会导致部分功能异常

我们在使用器件DRV5032FADBZR的过程中，发现若使用1uF的电容对电源进行滤波，那么该霍尔元件的第一次采样将会在4.7ms，与规格书不相符。

规格书部分：

测试波形：

这显然是不正常的，但并不是所有器件都出现该问题，出问题的器件有7%。

外围电路：输入1uF电容，输出1nF电容。

该问题仅为刚上电时会出现，且跟随器件，我们希望知道原因。
