Root Cause
1.Incorrect physical connections
2.Another program may be accessing the "Application /UART" COM port
3.The SOP pins are not set correctly

Solution
Check all physical connections (USB cables, power cables)
Close any other programs that may be accessing the serial ports for the mmWave device
Ensure that both SOP0 and SOP1 are jumpered across or set to "ON" position
