Device / board
- TMS320F28027F, 48-pin LQFP (PT), on a LAUNCHXL-F28027F LaunchPad with the onboard XDS100v2 emulator.
- Top-side device marking: <TMS320F28027FPTT>, production status <TMS/TMX/TMP>, revision <Rev x>.
- Pervasiveness: seen on 1 board, 1 device. Other boards are fine.
- Software: CCS 12.3.0 on Windows 11. Project: proj_lab01 (MotorWare / instaSPIN-FOC).
- Flash tool: the CCS On-Chip Flash panel (also tried TI DSS scripts).

Symptom
The project compiles and links cleanly, but the device cannot be erased or
programmed. Both "Erase Flash" and "Unlock" in the On-Chip Flash panel fail with
an error. Debugging (connect, halt, read memory) works.

Measurements
1. JTAG link healthy in the same session used for all readings below.
dbgjtag -S pathlength -S integrity: both pass (IR = 38 bits, DR = 1 bit).
DSS script: "CONNECTED on attempt 1", CPU halts.
2. CSMSCR (0x0AEF) = 79 (0x004F) read in the CCS Memory Browser.
=> SECURE (bit 0) = 1, FORCESEC (bit 15) = 0.
3. CSM-protected flash reads all 0x0000:
0x3F0054, 0x3F3320, 0x3F7F80, 0x3F7FF6, 0x3F7FF8.
In the SAME session, non-protected memory reads real non-zero data:
RAM (0x0000), boot ROM (0x3FE000), PIEVECT (0x0D00).
4. An unwritten flash word should read 0xFFFF; it reads 0x0000.
5. CCS runs its built-in unlock sequence on every connect (GEL: dummy reads of the
password locations, then writes 0xFFFF to CSMKEY0..7, then checks CSMSCR).
The device still reports SECURE => the password is not the default 0xFFFF.
6. Writing candidate passwords to CSMKEY (0x0AE0-0x0AE7) via DSS returns
"Error: 0x20000" on every write, so a password sweep cannot be executed
through that JTAG/DSS path.
7. XRSn is at 3.3 V with the reset button released (static DMM measurement; no
scope plot available).
8. PC after halt = 0x3F7FBF (inside the CSM reserved area).
9. Note: the MCU on this board was replaced once before the failure. The new
device programmed successfully the first time, then the same failure occurred.

Ruled out
- The application does not write the password locations:
enableCSM .set 0 in CSMPasswords.asm; CSM_PWL_P0 "used" = 0 in the linker map;
hex2000 -a shows no record in 0x3F7F80-0x3F7FFF in the .out image.
Same result for a second project ported from the hvkit_rev1p1 examples.
- Not a probe / cable / scan-chain problem: USB enumeration and both JTAG scan
tests pass in the same session that produced the readings above.
- Not a false lock from a dirty link: this particular link did show
"83.3% corrupted / TDO stuck-at-ones" at other times during the day, so I
re-ran the tests until the scan chain was clean and only used those readings.

Questions
1. Do the readings above confirm a permanent CSM lock with a non-default
password, i.e. is this device unrecoverable via JTAG?
2. Is there ANY remaining recovery path, including a TI factory unlock service?
3. Besides the interrupted-erase case in SPRAAL3 section 6.3, what other
mechanisms are known to leave the CSM password locations in a non-0xFFFF state?
4. Can you confirm the prevention steps: unchecking "Reset target before flash
programming operations" and the connect-time reset, so that no action
occurs during an erase?

I am using the free PSpice for TI software. I recently reinstalled my operating system, and now I cannot activate the software. It shows the error: "You have reached the concurrent device access limit."

Since there is no "Deactivate" option inside the software, and I cannot register a Cadence support account (it requires a Host ID which I don't have), I am unable to resolve this myself.

I am encountering the following error when trying to activate PSpice for TI on my new computer:

"You have reached the concurrent device access limit. Too many devices are attempting to connect with the same access key."

My license has already been activated on 3 machines, and some of the old machines are no longer in use (one was replaced / scrapped / had a hardware failure), so I am unable to deactivate them locally.

在 MSPM0G3507 上使用 MSPM0 SDK 2.11.00.07 时，通过 SysConfig 添加/配置 DMA Channel 会触发 GUI 崩溃。同一套 DMA 操作在 SDK 2.10.00.04 上正常。

【环境】
- 器件：MSPM0G3507
- 封装：LQFP-48 (PT)
- MSPM0 SDK：2.11.00.07
- SysConfig（.syscfg 头信息）：tool 1.26.2+4477
- .syscfg 中的 product：mspm0_sdk@2.11.00.07
- 使用方式：CCS 内置 SysConfig（webview）

【问题现象】
打开 SysConfig，尝试添加新的 DMA Channel（或选中已有不完整的 DMA Channel）时，界面报错：

TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'attributes')

调用栈：

at ...\ui.js (getOptions / getUIOptionsImpl)

【本地分析】
SDK 2.11 的 DMAChannel.syscfg.js 中有：

}

在 MSPM0G3507 的 deviceData.peripherals 中，看到的是 DMA_CHx（如 DMA_CH0、DMA_CH1…），并没有名为 "DMA" 的 peripheral。
因此 peripherals["DMA"] 为 undefined，Common.getAttribute() 访问 .attributes 时崩溃。

对比 SDK 2.10.00.04：getLengthOptions() 使用器件族判断
（isDeviceFamily_PARENT_MSPM0GX51X / G352X 等），对 G3507 会安全跳过 LonLong，不会崩溃。

【补充说明】
- MSPM0G3507 头文件（mspm0g350x.h）未定义 DMA_SYS_MMR_LLONG（不支持 128-bit DMA），LonLong 本应直接不可用，而不是导致 GUI 崩溃。
- 使用 SDK 2.10.00.04 且 DMA Channel 配置完整的其他工程工作正常。
- 升级/使用 SDK 2.11.00.07 后，在 SysConfig 中一添加 DMA Channel 就会触发该错误。
- 这更像是 2.10 → 2.11 之间 SysConfig DMA meta 的回归，而不是应用层配置问题。

【希望确认】
1）是否确认这是 SDK 2.11.00.07 SysConfig DMA 模块的已知问题？
2）是否有官方规避方法，或计划修复（例如对 peripherals["DMA"] 判空，或恢复 2.10 的器件族判断方式）？
3）在正式修复前，对 G3507 + SDK 2.11 用户，是否推荐：手写完整 .syscfg，或本地修改 hasLongLongOption()？
