CC2564 和 CC2564MODN是否使用相同的协议栈？

使用默认堆栈设置，CC2564MODNEM模组可以搜索和连接BLE，而自制PCBA上换成CC2564RVM芯片 ，无法搜索到BLE信号，射频似乎没有打开。

但经典蓝牙部分HID 和 SPP是可以正常工作的。

请问是什么原因？使用CC2564RVM  的 BLE部分，协议栈需要做哪些修改？
