在1310芯片手册中，看到1310芯片能够将无线频率设置到315MHz-433MHz
如果需要将无线的频率设置到345MHz的话，是否只需要修改如下几个参数：
CC1310支持287-351M频段，但尚未经过完整测试，不能保证性能，所以在smartRF studio中没有它的参数配置
如果用户想使用，则必须自己进行测试
