新到8127BCYE1 25ZDK69 使用串口启动模式，测得串口输出波形与之前正常打印CC的板子相同，但波特率不对。
请问这是什么原因？
根据测试的波形估算波特率约为12016，没有常用的波特率与之匹配，怎样使用串口工具导入ubootmin？
建议：
1. 检查原理图，确保串口连接正常，串口工具，波特率是115200。
2. 把仿真器连一下，看能够连上A8，确保芯片启动正常，然后在通过CCS将uboot导入到A8，运行，看串口是否有第一阶uboot输出。
问题已解决。UART0内部PLL 1.8V电源不正常
