I have two questions:
1.I have seen in the datasheet that VCC_UVLO, VIN_OPERATE, and VIN_UVLO are mentioned. I would like to know their specific meanings and their relationship with EN and buck startup
2. I tested and found that when VIN=12V and EN is less than 1.26V, the VCC voltage value can increase to 4.7V and remain unchanged, but the VCC written in the text is 3.3V. When EN is raised to 1.26V or above, the VCC will only change to 3.3V. I would like to know the reason for this
