请问LM25085A 电源方案 PMOS D,G端波形正常么，频率大约为5KHZ？谢谢
谢谢！ 重载时的波形是下面图中这样的，约3A的负载，输出电压21.5V时正常的，现在选的mos耐压不够容易被击穿（30V耐压），后面会选用耐压高的mos，现在主要问题还是发热问题，试了几款mos，没什么改善。怀疑是PGATE驱动能力不够导致mos关断时发热造成的。
想从波形上确认下有没有其他方面导致这个问题的，谢谢。
