我在使用LF398，获取时间用了100ms，采样1.6V左右电压，还差了10多个毫伏。电容用的是103。手册上都是几十个微秒的。不知道是不是理解有问题。
LF398 是采用 BI-FET 技术的单片采样保持电路, 应该跟你的电容 103 有关，另外还有的原因是你的输入信号阻抗。
电容是CBB的。输入信号是直流串了20k电阻。我把电阻短路也一样。采样保持器的最后锁存输出，跟电容上的初始电压还有关系。
100mS；实在保持的时间太长了，电荷泄放也在预计中。
