关于BQ76940的休眠异常问题

我用BQ76940，其他功能完成正常，采集，传输。

就是无法正常进入休眠，给04寄存器发送00,01,02命令后，REGOUT的3.3V变成1.6V，并且afe的功耗增加几倍。我测试过在发了shut down命令马上回读，读回来的也是00,01,02,感觉写入的命令码没有问题。在开机上电后TS1也一直是低电平。

百思不得其解，所有来咨询大家。
