我准备用TIDA-00817这款板子做主动均衡用，但看到官网下载的example code是在CCS环境中才可以用的，想问这个板子还需要和别的器件或板子搭配使用吗？如果做主动均衡用，整个的设计模板是什么样的？只用TIDA-00817自己就可以完成了吗？如果需要别的单片机，那么单片机是哪款？代码有参考吗？
