当VBAT 的电压达到设定的 OK_HYST 值得时候，VBAT_OK输出高电平，但是偶尔会掉到低电平，不知是什么原因引起的？
黄色为VBAT_OK， 绿色为VBAT
现在在VSTOR引脚接了一个4.7uf到地，这种现象消失了，这样就彻底解决了吗？一定要接一个电容到地吗？
