ADS1216同一批采购的芯片中有1/3 SPI通讯失败

我们买了200片，有48片是有问题的，芯片的批次号为56C6VDT，原来的产品上用的，第一次发现这种问题，MCU向芯片发送读写命令均无效，内部基准源输出与数据采集频率等可测量到的芯片配置信息均为默认值，也就是说MCU对芯片的配置无效，检查过通讯时序，我认为是没有问题的，请TI的技术人员给解决一下
