dp83848k低温时，重新上电或复位后，ping不通，仿真发现自协商失败，在常温下是没有任何问题的，请问什么原因会导致这种问题？
DP83848K在-10度时，可以ping得通，但重新上电或复位后，一直ping 不通，使用几块板反复测试，一直都是这样的，在常温下是没有这种问题的，请问这是什么原因导致的？
每次重新上电后都会进行初始化的，使用的是STM32F1XXX的HAL库，在常温下是没问题的
不能对比一下常温和低温时的上下电时序
