MCU采用ST的芯片，PHY芯片为DP83848IVV，调试时读取Basic Mode Status Register (BMSR)寄存器的LINK STATUS为0，0 = Link not established.，说明网络未建立连接，硬件检查起来没有问题了，会是什么原因？
