BQ25713充电时寄存器改怎么配置，需要设置那些寄存器。我现在OTG已经可以用了，但是插上充电器后不进行充电。“充电状态寄存器”里显示“in Fast Charge”但是没有电流。而且电池端的PMOS也没有打开。OTG时时能正常开启的
